Vegan Tzatziki Dip

There is magic in the combination between garlic, fresh cucumber and fresh dill. Three seemingly naive ingredients, which form an entity full of delight. Simply take two slices of cucumber, place a piece of garlic and a leaf of dill in between, and let the magic form slowly in your mouth. Simply amazing.

Usually I make Tzatziki every time we barbecue and just "introduce" it to all the different tasty barbecued dishes. The mix is amazing and upgrades the meal a few levels.

The Ingredients :

Soy yogurt (or any other vegan non sweetened yogurt)
A few fresh cucumbers
Lots of garlic
Juice from one lemon
Some olive oil
Fresh dill
Sea salt
Pepper

Basically it's very easy to make. Just put mix everything in a mixer and let it cool down in the fridge for about an hour. And the truth is the Tzatziki is not just a dip. You can serve it also as a salad, as sauce, as a nice and fresh soup and many more options. Enjoy!
